This Privacy Policy describes the ways Logarithm Labs Inc. (“Logarithm Labs”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you through Logarithm Labs’ websites and services (the “Services”). In this Privacy Policy “you” refers to individuals who use Logarithm Labs’ Services. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your information described in this Privacy Policy.


Logarithm Labs collects information from individuals who visit Logarithm Labs’ website(s) (“Visitors”) and individuals who register to use the Services (“Customers”).
When requesting information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Logarithm Labs requires you to provide Logarithm Labs with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address. All information you provide to Logarithm Labs that can be directly or indirectly used to identify you is referred to as “Personal Data”.
In addition to the information you provide, when you use the Services Logarithm Labs may also collect information through our automatic data collection tools, which may include web beacons, cookies, embedded web links, and other commonly used information-gathering tools (“Data Tools”). These tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to the Services such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived at a Logarithm Labs website. Logarithm Labs tracks your use of the Services over time. Logarithm Labs does not track you across third-party websites and therefore Logarithm Labs does not respond to Do Not Track signals in these circumstances. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content. If you are visiting such sites, many browsers will allow you to set Do Not Track signals so that third parties know that you do not want to be tracked.

Logarithm Labs may share Personal Data with any company that acquires its company or assets. That company will possess the Personal Data collected by Logarithm Labs and will assume the rights and obligations regarding Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Logarithm Labs or the Services.


Logarithm Labs uses industry-standard security protocols to protect Personal Data. Personal Data is stored on private servers in a protected security group. All connections between the end user and our servers are encrypted with SSL, and server software is kept continuously up to date with the latest security patches.


To the extent Logarithm Labs collects or processes Personal Data either on Logarithm Labs’ website or through the use of the Services, Logarithm Labs complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of Personal Data transferred from the European Union, United Kingdom and/or Switzerland to the United States, respectively. Logarithm Labs has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Logarithm Labs’ accountability for Personal Data that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Logarithm Labs remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the Personal Data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Logarithm Labs proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

The Federal Trade Commission has investigation and enforcement authority over Logarithm Labs’ compliance with the Privacy Shield.


Logarithm Labs may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version on Logarithm Labs’ website. Logarithm Labs will also notify Customers and users of any changes through Services account(s), email or by other means. The new version will become effective on the date it is posted, which will be listed at the top of the page as the new Effective Date. If a user disagrees with any changes to this Privacy Policy then their only remedy is to cease using the Services.


The Services are not directed to, nor intended to be used by, individuals under the age of 13. Logarithm Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately as described below. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
